SRINAGAR TO LEH
LADAKH EXPEDITIONS
Popularly known as the land of high passes. In fact, the word Ladakh is about ‘La’ or passes and ‘Dhak’ meaning many.
DAY 1
‘Heaven on Earth’ welcomes you on the first day
- Arrive in Srinagar and get transferred to your hotel or houseboat for check-in
- Visit Shankaracharya Temple, Mughal Gardens, Tulip Garden & Nagin Lake
- Sprawl amidst these serene gardens & fill your cards with beautiful images
- Enjoy mesmerizing sunset at Dal Lake and sleep away the night
- You can also take visit Residency Road or Lal Chowk for shopping
- An exciting journey begins tomorrow
DAY 2
On the second day of your Leh Ladakh tour itinerary, you’ll travel to the martyr’s land of Kargil
- Savor delectable breakfast in the hotel and get transferred to Kargil
- On the way, we will visit ‘Meadow of HGold’ Sonmarg and Baltal Valley
- En route, we will cross Sonamarg and Drass today
- Stop at the Kargil War Memorial in Drass and pay homage to the brave soldiers
- Proceed towards the hotel & enjoy a cozy, overnight stay
DAY 3
This day marks an exciting beginning to the enchanting Leh
- Fuel yourself with a healthy breakfast & start off your journey to Leh
- En route, enjoy a visit to the monastery of Mulbekh & Lamayuru
- Breathtaking view of Fotu La, Indus-Zanskar confluence & Magnetic Hill on the way
- Lunch at Gurdwara Pathar Sahib
- Dinner & overnight stay at Leh
DAY 4
Witness the ever-changing hues of the endorheic lake, Pangong Tso
- Enjoy early morning breakfast and then proceed to Pangong lake
- En route, we will cross Clang La pass which is the third highest motorable road
- Visit the Hemis monastery and Thiksey monastery
- Visit the school where the Bollywood hit, ‘3 Idiots’ was shot
- By late evening you’ll return to Leh and stay overnight at your hotel
DAY 5
This day marks an exciting beginning to the enchanting Leh
- After a delicious breakfast, leave Pangong for a visit to Nubra Valley
- En route, visit Diskit Monastery
- Enjoy the myriad hues of the lake with your friends and loved ones
- Experience a night camping under the stars near the sand dunes
- Enjoy double-humped Bactrian camel safari in sand dunes (own expense)
- Spend a restful night of sleep at the camp by enjoying a delicious dinner
DAY 6
Enjoy a rare replay of the scenic journey as you return back to your hotel in Leh
- A delightful start to the day with a delectable breakfast at Nubra
- Then gear up for the scenic road journey as you will be transferred to Leh
- Capture these memories of this adventurous road journey through high passes
- Upon arrival in Leh, complete the check-in at the hotel and unwind
- Visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Gompa later in the evening. Explore Leh market
- Try delicious local cuisines of Leh in the local market (own expense)

Yes, our tours are designed for amateur and professional photographers who are hungry to learn photography and love being with nature to the fullest.
As people travel from different parts of the country to our expeditions it is not convenient to arrange this from our end, but we can arrange pick-up & drop from the nearest airport or railway stations. For this specific expedition we have different arrival & departures:
- For arrival nearest airport: Srinagar, SXR
- For departure nearest airport: Leh, IXL
Depending on the road conditions we will be using Innova or Xylo with experienced drivers and guides to drive you through nature and creating beautiful images.
